RUN AND MEET

A blonde goes out for a run. She comes to a river and cannot see a bridge anywhere nearby. She spots another blonde on the opposite bank. "Yoohoo doll!" she shouts, "How can I get to the other side?"  The second blonde looks up the river then down the river then shouts back, "You're already on the other side!"

You will definitely never hear a joke of this kind at any of our Run and Meet events! Except for our Ladies’ Night that is – maybe even told by a blonde herself. Ladies’ Night is one of the regularly scheduled running events that the entert®ainer offers.

Run and Meet is for runners who like to combine their workout with a socializing event. Turn your run into an entertaining experience shared with others. Each tour has a different topic. The courses have been tried and tested by the entert®ainer and are easy to run and fun to explore.

This is how it works:

1.    Check News and Events for a tour of your choice and read their description on  Tours.

2.   Sign up at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Either come by yourself or persuade others to join you. Each participant must register individually. Register by phone or by e-mail.  Contact

3.    You will receive a confirmation by e-mail providing you with the exact details concerning the starting point of the running event.

4.    On the scheduled appointment, the entert®ainer will meet with you and 3-7 additional runners for an entertaining run. We will go at a moderate pace so that everyone who has at least a bit of running experience should be able to keep up.

Payment will be due at the beginning of the tour.

The entert®ainer will guide you along both well-known and less frequented paths and trails in and around Düsseldorf. She will provide you with thrilling details about points of interest along the course. Take the chance and engage in first conversations with your new running mates or ask the entert®ainer about any advice concerning running, fitness, routes, or races.

Several points along our route might invite us to stay for a while to take a closer look and at the same time take a break for stretching.

• a reason for getting up and putting on those running shoes!

Runners participate at their own risk. The entert®ainer will do her best take care of the well-being of her customers.  However, she will not hold responsible for any injuries or accidents happening on or resulting from the tour.
